SHIPPING POLICY
We offer worldwide insured shipping using trusted carriers such as DHL Express and Mikropakket. Shipping costs are included in the listed price.
Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment, unless otherwise agreed. Tracking details are provided once your watch has been shipped.
Any applicable import duties and taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you purchase a watch online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please notify us within this period by email at anton@vintagewatchesleuven.com. You may inspect the watch as you would in a physical store. Any handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning may result in a deduction for diminished value.
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the watch within 14 calendar days, together with all accessories and documents received. Please contact us before shipping so we can provide appropriate instructions for securely returning the watch.
The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. We strongly recommend using a fully insured shipping service.
Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned watch.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
